Click 'Invest' in the Private Debt Fund and submit your intended investment amount. You'll confirm this amount via a digital signature page.
Receive Your First Distribution in 30 Days
Once your documents and funds are in hand, interest starts accumulating. You will receive a cash distribution on the last business day of every month — no matter what.

All loans are asset-backed and secured by a first-lien position on the property. In an unlikely default, we take over the asset immediately and create a win for investors.
Low Portfolio LTV
65% portfolio LTV insulates investors from asset price fluctuation risk. In the unlikely event of default, we take over assets with substantial equity and sell at a gain.
Loan Diversification
500+ loans across 24 states with no single borrower representing more than 3% of total volume. It's more diversified than an index fund.
