The first two F Street Summits brought our investor base into Milwaukee for a front-row look at the portfolio, the strategy, and the team driving one of the Midwest's most active real estate groups. Candid conversations on private credit, tax strategy, and the deals on deck — followed by a night out on us.
For 2026, we're asking a different question: what if we came to you? A traveling Summit gives investors closer to the host city an easier yes, and gives the rest of you an excuse to spend a long weekend somewhere worth the trip. Nashville is our first proposed stop.

To make a traveling Summit work, we're proposing a split: investors cover their own flights and lodging, and F Street picks up everything once you're on the ground — programming, food, drinks, entertainment, ground transport during the event.
To help with travel costs, we'll work on securing negotiated room block rates at a host hotel so attendees have a discounted, central place to stay.
