Milwaukee, WI – March 12, 2026 – F Street is proud to announce that Nick Jung has been named NAIOP Wisconsin’s 2025 Principal (Developer) of the Year, recognized at the organization’s Annual Meeting & Awards Ceremony held at Venue 3 in Milwaukee’s 3rd Street Market Hall.
The award honors Nick’s central role in shaping F Street’s investment strategy and driving high-impact development initiatives across the state. Beyond his work at F Street, Nick has been deeply involved in NAIOP Wisconsin’s strategic direction — serving as Board President, strengthening advocacy efforts, and expanding member engagement throughout the chapter.

The ceremony brought together more than 250 industry leaders and highlighted six major awards. NAIOP Wisconsin was also celebrated as the 2024 NAIOP Chapter of the Year, the second time in eight years the state has earned the national association’s highest honor.
