F Street and Germantown-based construction firm Keller, Inc. are planning the second phase of their Germantown industrial development — a 142,295-square-foot multi-tenant light industrial facility at N104 W12631 Donges Bay Road in Germantown, Wisconsin.

The Phase II project sits on 13 acres adjacent to Phase I, a 375,000-square-foot facility now fully leased to ID Logistics. That lease validates strong demand for industrial space on this site.

• 28-foot clear heights
• ESFR sprinklers
• 15 dock doors
• 3,000-amp power service
