F Street Germantown 2, LLC | Groundbreaking

On August 28, 2026, we broke ground on Germantown 2 in Germantown, WI. Investors joined us on site to mark the start of construction. Thank you for backing this deal and for showing up to celebrate it in person.

Germantown 2 is the second building on our growing Class A industrial campus, following the success of Phase 1, which is fully leased. This next phase is purpose-built for the businesses that Phase 1 showed us are looking for space just like this. Keller, Inc. is leading construction, with delivery expected in early 2027.
